Sedgefield based Demeter Water Solutions are delighted to announce they have once again successfully maintained their UKAS accredited ISO 9001 & 14001 certifications with an external audit from leading standards company, the British Assessment Bureau.

Demeter are specialists in reducing water usage and costs to private businesses, public sector buildings and the education and care sector.  Using their water monitoring equipment and Utilities Manager software, they provide tailored solutions to excessive water costs and usage problems and pride themselves on their outstanding customer service and personal approach.

The ISO 9001 standard for Quality Management and ISO 14001 for Environmental Standards are the international recognition that demonstrates the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements whilst also leading the way in environmental efficiency savings.

Passing both ISO 9001 & 14001 external audits has been an even greater achievement considering the strains and difficulties many businesses have faced throughout 2020.  Demeter have continued to maintain all services to their customers including saving many businesses thousands of pounds on their water costs, a fantastic benefit in these challenging times.

The approvals also come hot on the heels of Demeter’s recent award success in being shortlisted in the prestigious Edie Sustainability Leaders Awards in the Water Management category with the winners being announced in February 2021.
