The Problem
Through Demeter’s unique daily checking and system alerts process, a large increase in water usage was identified, this was on a Saturday when the office was closed. The problem was causing water to escape at 2,400 litres per hour.
The Solution
Our team quickly contacted the emergency contact for the facility and informed them of the problem.
Our client was able to contact their onsite maintenance team to attend the building. Upon investigation, the technicians discovered a large burst in the car wash area, a repair was carried out and the problem rectified.
